To use a spacer or to not use a spacer; that is today’s most pressing question! Ha! Answer, I like the spacer as it shows off more of the diamonds on your wedding band. I don’t think it looks too cluttered at all!! I love the spacer look so I’d choose that one. The other way hides the band too much.
