The first one enhances the diamond, the second distracts a bit from it- both beautiful choices, though! It allows the engagement ring to take center stage. The first one no point in getting a stone with such clean and architectural lines if you’re going to make it messy by adding competing shapes. I normally love a band with some sparkle, but that flat plain band is just lovely. It goes well with the emeralds.
